Built by kitchen industry insiders who lived this problem firsthand.
The problem we saw
Every kitchen and bath dealer we knew had the same problem: designers creating beautiful work in Cyncly Design Flex, then spending hours manually copying those same line items into QuickBooks. One by one. Every price. Every SKU. Every customer name. Every single day.
The re-entry wasn't just a time sink — it was an error factory. Transposed digits. Missing premiums. Inconsistent customer names creating duplicate records. Vendor part numbers lost. The accounting team spent hours cleaning up what the design team had already specified correctly in the first place.
The gap in the market
The solutions that existed were either too generic (built for any XML, not optimized for Cyncly's specific structures), too expensive (enterprise ERP middleware priced for Fortune 500), or too clunky (required IT staff to maintain). Kitchen dealers needed something purpose-built. Something that understood Cyncly's BOM structures, pricing groups, premiums, and vendor codes out of the box.
Why we built KitchenAPI
Someone had to. We come from this industry. We've watched the hours disappear into re-entry. We've watched the errors pile up. We've watched smart people spend their evenings doing data entry instead of spending time with their families. So we built the tool we wished we'd had years ago.
What we believe
Dealers should focus on selling kitchens, not retyping quotes. Designers should focus on designing, not being part-time accountants. The data already exists in Design Flex — it just needs to get to QuickBooks without a human copying it. That's what KitchenAPI does. Nothing more, nothing less.
