Connect once with your Intuit sign-in — no passwords stored — and every conversion posts estimates or invoices straight into your QuickBooks.

Customers are matched by name, or created automatically if they're new (your choice per pipeline). Items are matched to your existing item list. Sales tax is calculated by your QuickBooks using your tax settings — exactly as if you'd typed the lines yourself.

Duplicate protection checks before every post, so nothing double-posts — ever. Every action is logged to a complete audit trail, and you can disconnect any time from Settings or from inside QuickBooks.

Every conversion can also produce a clean, validated CSV. Note: QuickBooks Online's built-in invoice import doesn't support sales tax (imports fail when tax is enabled) and can't import estimates at all — so for QuickBooks Online we recommend the direct API push, which handles tax, estimates, and duplicates natively. The CSV output is there for dealers using third-party import tools (like SaasAnt or Transaction Pro) or sending data to other systems.
