Future Cyncly XML uploads automatically use your saved mappings. Unmapped SKUs are flagged in amber so you can add them as you encounter them.

Bulk import from CSV
RFC 4180 parser handles quoted fields, embedded commas, edge cases. Duplicates flagged with exact row numbers from your source file.
Duplicate detection with row numbers
When your QB Item List has duplicate SKU codes (it happens), we flag them inline so you can clean them up.
Unmapped SKU digest
Daily report of the SKUs that appeared in your conversions but aren't in your mapping yet. Prioritized by frequency.
Match modes
Choose how strictly KitchenAPI matches Cyncly SKUs to your QuickBooks Items.
Exact
Case-sensitive, whitespace-sensitive. Use if your QB names are clean.
Case-insensitive
Ignores capitalization differences.
Normalized (recommended)
Lowercase + trim whitespace. The forgiving default that handles most edge cases.
Version history
Every save creates a new version of your SKU mapping. Audit log records which version was applied to which conversion. Roll back at any time if you make a mistake.
